CTC Group launches 'Together we can' art auction as a tribute to breast cancer patients.

The ‘Together We Can’ art auction held in October at CTC Group Complex marked Breast Cancer Awareness Month with the aim of raising funds for breast cancer patients who have little or no insurance for cancer treatment.

Being auctioned were art paintings from notable Sudanese artists who dedicated their inspired brush strokes to help much needing women in their battles against breast cancer. Also paying homage to these heroic women were aspiring students from Khartoum American School and College of Fine and Applied Arts at Sudan University of Science and Technology whose  earnings were donated to Khartoum Breast Care Center.

CTC Group extended its thanks to everybody involved in the ‘Together We Can’ initiative. Thank you for your generous donations and contributions, all the funds raised have gone to the care of breast cancer patients.

It goes without saying that we all need to encourage breast cancer patients to attend their appointments, and support them to have the check-up or treatment. Moreover, we urge women to continue seeking advice and screening in order to detect breast cancer at the earliest stage possible.
