CTC Group has been in active operation for over 60 years, during which, we have gained a lot of experience and learned even more along the way. As we chart the future path for the Group, we are also conscious of the incredible growth we have witnessed over the past 60 years and we could not have done it without our amazing employees. Today, we have completely different employee demographics to when we initially set out our CTC Group values; we are much younger, more diverse, more inclusive and we continue to strive to be an even better equal opportunity employer of choice.
