Digitech Service - Creative Ideas

Our award-winning Digitech Service Centre (DSC) is the main feature of this issue of CTC Magazine. We take a look inside the challenges of operating an after sales service operation and how our team manage to keep their customers happy. The DSC has picked up several regional awards in recognition of the tremendous efforts and improvements year on year to maintain such high standards. We also take a look at the launch of another innovative service, the Agro Mobile Clinic, designed to reach farmers in hard to reach areas and offer in field support with a special focus on smallholders. Finally, the focus turns towards this year's edition of Mashoury - Sudan's major entrepreneurship initiative - which was fully supported by CTC Group from the starter as a co-creator and sponsor.
