Job Description

To administer and control the stores operations by receiving as well as issuing goods in the warehouse with appropriate authenticated documents. Ensure delivery of goods to their destination as per instructions received from Material & Warehouse Supervisor, Conducting stock taking of Inventory.

Job Requirements

BSc in Business Administration or any related discipline from reputed University.

Minimum 3-5 years of related experience, including Inventory activities, preferably in the commercial/construction sector.

Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. 

Knowledge of principles and methods inventory management.

Knowledge of the company operating standards, policies and procedures.

English Language.

Health & Safety Systems.

Knowledge of Policy & Procedure.

Quality Management Systems.

Time Management.

Business Skills & Understanding.

Financial Awareness.

Data Gathering & Analysis.
