Job Description

To carry out customers’ related tasks with respect to handling customers queries over phone & for walking in customers, as well as updating SVC status on the ERP system. SVC coordinator will assist SVC team leader in all svc activities .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputed university
  • (0-2) years of experience in similar capacity, industry
