Job Description
To lead and direct development of financial strategy and plans for CTC Group with an emphasis on maximizing growth, profitability and optimum utilization of resources. Includes monitoring of performance against objectives and targets. Providing effective and efficient support to internal finance function within CTC Group in line with the directions of top management
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA/CMA/CFA/MBA or equivalent is a plus.

(7-10) years of relevant experience in finance functions, of which at least (3-5) years are at a managerial level
Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of Financial Regulations.
Knowledge of Accounting Package Software e.g. ERP Finance or Accounting modules.
Strategic Management: Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Corporate Finance, Financial Diagnosis and Process Improvement.
Analytical capabilities.
Excellent computer skills.
Skill in Budget Preparation.
Knowledge of Policy & Procedure.
Business Skills & Understanding.
