CTC Group runs annual graduate programs; Young Development Program (YDP) and Engineer Development Program (EDP) aimed at giving recent graduates the opportunity to realise their careers aspirations through rigorous and structural rotational programs.
CTC Group established its Young Professionals Program (YPP) back in 2015 with the broad aim of building fully competent professionals of high standard and to ensure that there is a pipeline of talent within all areas of the service.
During this period, 30 graduates have joined CTC Group through the graduate program, with opportunities to develop their careers in the areas of Finance, Business Management, Engineering, IT, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Technical Service. We maintain a commitment to continuous on-the-job coaching and mentoring for all graduates, maximizing the benefits of this program. We expect more than 65% of graduates to achieve full time roles within the Group.

The Group also runs an EDP (Engineering Development Program) which is an intense early-career developmental program especially designed for graduates to Mechanical & Production Engineering to blend in their academic knowledge with practical in-depth experience and technical training.
